Payment policy

Credit card

You can make your purchases with a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and Aura. Check the availability of each flag on the checkout page. Payment can be in cash or in installments. Some products and / or brands have different conditions. Always check the current rules on the website for the product you want.

To use your credit card, simply choose this payment method when closing the order and inform the details described on your card. For your safety, if there is any discrepancy in registration and payment information, we will contact you to confirm the details before approving the order and this process can take up to 2 business days.

It is important to inform that your credit card has a purchase limit established by the administrator. For the order to be approved, there must be a limit available on the card. We do not accept credit cards issued abroad.

Important: Even if you choose to pay in multiple installments, remember that it is the total amount of the purchase that must be within the credit limit available on your card. If the limit is exceeded, the order will not be approved by the card administrator, in which case you will be informed by email. You can contact the administrator to request an increase in your limit or to re-order in installments with another card. When paying by card, it is common to have a typo in the card number, security code and expiration date. When your card administrator detects any discrepancies, we are informed immediately. In this case, for your safety, we will contact you to confirm the details and proceed with your order.

The delivery deadline for the purchase only starts to take effect after the payment has been approved by the card administrator. You will be informed by email about the status of your order.

Boleto Bancário (if available)

For boleto bancário, payment must be made in a single installment in the total amount of your purchase (in cash).

Remember to print the bank slip when you complete your purchase on our website. Payment can be made to maturity at any bank. If you prefer, you can pay through your home banking. Just enter the number in the billet header (barcode) and make the payment.

If there is any problem while printing the ticket, access the "My Orders" area by clicking here to be able to reprint your ticket.

Important: The confirmation of payment of the boleto is made automatically by the bank. It is not necessary to send us any notification about this. The delivery deadline for the purchase only begins to take effect after confirmation of payment of the boleto by the bank, which can occur within two (2) business days. You will be informed by email. The payment of the ticket must be made at bank branches, lottery shops or via your bank's internet banking. Unpaid bills will be automatically canceled. Any discounts referring to payment in bank slip will only be granted if this is the only form of payment for the order.

Account deposit

When you choose this form of payment, you will be directed to a page with account information for deposit. Deposits can be made directly at the bank or via transfer (DOC / TED). Important: The delivery deadline for the purchase only starts to take effect after the deposit is confirmed by the bank, which can occur in up to two (4) business days. You will be informed by email. We do not ship products by sending proof of deposit.

Discount coupon

If you have a Discount Coupon, to use it follow the instructions below:
  1. After adding the item (s) to the shopping cart, enter your voucher code, without dashes or spaces, in the field specified as "Discount Coupon";
  2. Make sure that the value of your voucher has been deducted from the value of the order (product + shipping);
  3. If the purchase price is greater than the value of your coupon, you can complete the difference using one of the available payment methods.
